Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)

TCTSY is an empirically validated, clinical intervention for complex trauma or chronic, treatment-resistant post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Somatic Experiencing®

SE resolves symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies. When we are stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, SE helps us release, recover, and become more resilient.

Valerie is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Vermont with training in Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, yoga therapy, and Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga. She believes in supporting clients towards better self-understanding and wholeness through a holistic approach, incorporating mind, body, breath, and spirit.
